"Indian Biscuits"

Here is an Indian chocolate cookie just for fun! It is a sweet cookie recipe with peanut butter and a little bit of aromatic coconut.

Makes: 1 to 2 dozen

2 half cups short oats

half cup peanut butter

1 tbs vanilla essence

2 cups sugar

four tbs cocoa powder

half cup milk

1 stick butter

half cup desiccated coconut

Method:

1. Mix the oats, peanut butter, vanilla and coconut. You should get a crumbly texture.

2. Heat sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in a pot over moderate heat. Bring to boil for exactly 1 minute.

3. Pour over oat aggregate and stir hastily.

four. While the cookie aggregate is still warm, drop directly to waxed paper by the teaspoonfuls.

five. Allow to cool earlier than serving.

"Fortune Cookies"

2. Preheat oven to 340 degrees F.
